Climbing the mountain on their own has a special charm for many skiers. Your own ascent and descent in the terrain is a particularly attractive and beautiful way to conquer the mountain in winter. In particular, to earn the downhill experience away from the slopes is in the foreground for this fascinating sport with the large number of tourers.
However, you should not set out on your own alone and without previous experience. Nevertheless, going on a ski tour in the terrain is not entirely safe. The danger of avalanches can be particularly high in unsecured terrain and off-piste, so optimal preparation is recommended, studying the current avalanche report and knowing the terrain and being very careful are the top priorities on your tour.
